FABRICS

Spanning an enormous range of styles and colours, every Vertilux fabric is designed to meet stringent standards in light control, glare reduction and insulation from UV rays. Superior heat reflection properties assist in maintaining an energy efficient and comfortable living environment. Vertilux fabrics are ultrasonically or crush cut. This ensures all edges are sealed and no hems are required. Cleaning is simple using a feather duster or cloth soaked in a weak solution of warm water and detergent. These fabrics can be applied to any of our Roller, Roman or Panel Glide blinds.

ALUMINIUMS

Aluminiums slats are available in a wide variety of durable finishes including the standard solid blades as well as 6% and 8% Perforated. Slats are designed to compact neatly, reducing stacking-bulk when not in use and are made from 95% recycled materials. Our slats are uniquely made to a thickness of 0.215mm, in comparison to others in the market at only 0.14 to 0.195mm. What this means to you and your client, is better 'bounce' back of the blade on twisting and reducing of accidental damage.

FIBREWOOD

Used as an economical alternative to timber in our Venetian range, Fibrewood is made from expanded foam polymer with a special UV fade resistant coating. Fibrewood is fade resistant and resists peeling and cracking. Completely washable, this product will not absorb moisture and is suitable for wet and humid areas including bathrooms and kitchens.

TIMBERLINE

Finished using the latest in UV fade resistant oil and lacquer, timbers are used to add warm, natural finish to our Venetian range. To highlight natural grain, slats are evenly graded and vacuum coated in a single pass to ensure all four sides of each slat have a completely even finish.

CEDARLINE

Vertilux cedar is aerated and naturally dried prior to manufacture, increasing its attractiveness and durability. It exceeds Australian standards for colourfastness and fade resistance.

The colours below are used when selecting the finishes colour for the Base Rail and Batten for our Roller Blind and Avanti Roman Blind System.

These colours are also used when selecting the finishes for the Vertilux Fully Enclosed Kassett System 1.13, Fascia Kassett System 1.11 and the tracks for the Vertical Lourve System 5.1.
