We take you into April with the exciting launch of the iGloo Home Automation range of products fitted to the remote for your Vertilux SMART Motors, plus more details of interest..

iGloo products mingle and talk to each other so they can know exactly what each one is doing. iGloo searches for weather changes outside your home so it can control what is happening inside your home. Vertilux has a new logo!!

Have you updated our logo on your website or email signature??

We have the new logo in JPEG and EPS formats in both the Vertilux Orange and Black. So look forward to you emailing info@vertilux.com.au to advise us of the format you require and also how you will be using the logo, and we will be happy to respond promptly.

BLIND CHAIN DEFAULT CHANGING TO STAINLESS STEEL – REMINDER

Stainless Steel Chains became the default chain option from 15 March 2016.

As of 15 March 2016, we have made a change in the standard option for all chains selections. We have moved from the White Plastic Chain to the Stainless Steel Chain as the standard default chain.

We still ask that you state your choice for your orders, as we don’t want any mistakes. However, if we do not receive any chain finish on your orders, you will receive the new default Stainless Steel.

WE NEED YOUR ORDERS TO TICK ALL THE BOXES…

We seem to still have a few orders being sent directly to our team members, rather than the dedicated email address: orders@vertilux.com.au 

This email address, now not only receives an email it also prints them on arrival ready for our team to process.  So please ensure you have this noted in your contacts list: orders@vertilux.com.au

And that also goes for any amended orders. Please feel free to cc to the customer service person associated with the product or to whom you have been discussing details of your order with, for their knowledge.

Please add your notes or special instructions directly, and clearly, on the worksheet and not on the email, second copy or amended order.  Thanks so much for this help, to allow us to help you.

We are also still experiencing a few issues with orders received as Excel files.

Excel will often auto recalculate values upon opening the file, adjust margins based on your active printer etc and can cause issues with wrong or missing information. It also tends to chop up the columns, and spreads them over several pages!

The best format for sending orders to Vertilux is a PDF file. With a PDF file what is displayed on your screen (barring any technical gremlins) is what Vertilux will receive, a simple way to double check your order is all ready. Most programs include a pdf export function, if they don’t a program like http://www.pdf995.com/ is a great solution.

Don’t forget, new our online ordering system is a fantastic simple alternative, with several new product order forms currently under development. 

NEW USER ACCOUNT SYSTEM LAUNCHING SOON!

We are excited to launch a new functionality on our Vertilux Website. Customers will now be able to have multiple user accounts per company. Your account manager will be in touch to discuss the new advantages and features in further detail.

There will be a new page that appears soon in your Members menu bar, where you can add and remove your new user accounts. These will be processed by our Admin staff, and the passwords will be generated and emailed out to each user.

We hope that this new function will enable our customers to have greater flexibility and clarity with multiple staff submitting orders. We look forward to your feedback.
