Have you updated your iGloo app? There’s a new version of the iGloo app available now, and it offers a host of improvements. Version 1.3.2 brings an increase in remote battery life, interaction optimisation, and some smaller but important bug fixes. The developers of iGloo are always seeking to improve the user experience, so we encourage all iGloo users to make sure they are using the most recent version. We have had a great response to our new Vertilux SMART 35 WT Motor that we announced in last month’s newsletter. Exceptionally quiet, it has been carefully selected to provide sustainable solutions for interior roller blinds. The motor has a 5 year warranty and Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) certification. If the fabric you have selected to use is a Translucent or Transparent fabric, our process is to bond the fabric to a backing, to ensure a clean finish, and no visible glue. This does incur an additional surcharge of $30/lineal meter (Min $30) to cover this service. Standard Chain Lengths We encourage our customers to select standard chain lengths, wherever possible. Special chain lengths do take a little longer to process, and of course, come at an additional charge to you. For more information on our standard chain lengths, please refer to your price book.
